Trial has concluded in the Sunday Ticket matter, which began on June 6 and continued until an eight-member jury delivered its verdict in favor of Plaintiffs on June 27, 2024. Judge Gutierrez issued an order on August 1, 2024 granting the NFL's motion for judgment as a matter of law and setting aside the jury verdict. 

Class Members do not need to do anything right now. Plaintiffs have appealed, and this website will be updated with more information after all appeals are complete.
